Sam moved back to South Bend in the spring of 2019, ready for a fresh start. On her first day at a new job, she met Ben, and what started as casual conversation quickly became the best part of the workday.Since then, life together has included concerts, vacations, a slightly impressive DoorDash habit, and growing their little family with fur-baby brothers Odinn, Gizmo, and Professor Remus Lupin.In the spring of 2025, Ben surprised Sam with a trip to the bluff outside the childhood condo her family once had; a place where she used to daydream about her future. There, overlooking the water, he got down on one knee. Of course, she said yes.After seven years together, they’re more grateful than ever for the life they’ve built, and more than ready for the next chapter with you there to celebrate!
